Saving Client Messages

Does anyone have any streamlined ways to save communication with the client from the messaging module?  We need to keep all client correspondence on file and there isn't a way to save or associate communication directly from the messaging module.  We end up having to re-document the communication in our client contacts forms.

Pre populated Dates in Clinical Charting

Does anyone know if there is a way to not have the system pre-populate the dates "from" and "to" dates in the Clinical Charting module? Staff have been addressed some concerns and so I wanted to reach out to see if there was anyone else who has any ideas to get around this.

Release of information language

I am looking for current language for Release of Information. If I recall there was a change in legal language about release of info related to substance use. Does anyone have a current legally approved ROI. I am using one from the sandbox in Procentive but I think the language might be old/outdated?

Download PDF version of multiple records at one time

My clinic is being asked to submit client records to another facility, which involves hundreds of individual records.  Is there a way to download pdf versions of multiple records at one time instead of opening each record individually?  I know we could easily fax them within Procentive, but we don't currently have the faxing feature.

Clinical Charting Problem

My staff state wide are reporting clinical charting issues, and the "Ok" button not being able to be selected from the clinical/charting pick list window. Some of the issues they are having are able to be resolved by switching from Internet Explorer to Chrome. But, several staff are still having issues with client signatures saving, even in Chrome. I've submitted a help ticket to Procentive; wondering if anyone is experiencing the same today.

Clinical Charting Module issues

We are experiencing a clinic wide issue and it seems to be isolated to afternoon and evening times (3pm-9pm) when staff are intermittently having issues when working in the clinical charting module either typing in notes or just doing a search for clients records in the clinical charting module.  When typing in notes the providers are getting the error that your data can't save you lost connection, and when searching for client records in the clinical charting module receive the error you don't have permissions to view this information.  They can log out of Procentive and log right back in and everything works just fine.  We are wondering if any other organizations are experiencing these types of issues?  It doesn't appear to be our internet connection as we can go to other websites when this happens and those sites are working just fine.  It is only happening in Procentive.
