Medication Management
Hello everyone,
I am wondering if there is anyone who currently bills for medication management and would be willing to talk/email with me regarding getting things set up to start billing for this. She will also be doing e-prescribing.
We recently hired a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide medication management, which is a new service for us. I am wanting to get everything set up for her as well as educate myself before she starts mid July.

Update Issues
So since the update I find the the sort function in any given function area is a problem. Not sure that is a useful update. I can no longer sort in Time model under residential so I have to scroll and find the location in a random list. In the ERA module sorting by payer no longer efficient either.
Speech and Language Pathologist
Hello,
Our mental health/occupational therapy clinic in Hutchinson is looking to possibly add a speech and language pathologist. Anyone know a clinic I might be able to touch base with to get a sense of what their common billing and diagnosis codes are? I have done research online, but a lot of it is greek to me! Thanks!

PRO Behaving Intermittently?
Is anyone in the PRO community experiencing intermittent functionality this morning? My system is S L O W, it stops, and not operating 100%.

POS when Client is Inpatient but Family w/o Client billed?
Does anyone know what POS I would use to bill a 90846 (family session w/o patient) when the patient herself is in an inpatient facility?
The parents met with our provider to discuss plans for when the patient is discharged. I billed it out as we normally would under POS 11, but BCBS denied saying we needed to use an inpatient POS, but we are an outpatient only clinic.

Server not found? Access denied across all browsers and dropped from session already logged in.
This started yesterday and is an intermittent issue since. I was able to finally log in around noon yesterday after 2+ hours of trying various solutions. Was able to log in this morning for about 2.5 hours and now I've been kicked off again with the message the server cannot be found. This happens across all three browsers I use, firefox, chrome, and edge as well as a laptop on wifi and a hardwired desktop computer. I suspect it has something to do with the security certificate Procentive is using being out of date or not secure.
