Hello, I am wondering what forms companies are using to document certified peer recovery support time?
And Peer recovery support plans?
I want the plans to be seperate from a treatment plan, but to work together.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

dealing with uncashed refund checks
I am preparing to send refund checks to clients who have overpaid but who are inactive and have not been seen in at least the last 6 months. It has been our experience that sometimes clients either don't bother to cash the check or have moved without a forwarding address. How do I get the overpayment off the books...or maybe just leave the check there with a note that it was not cashed? |

UA Modifiers for 90899 and 90791 MA

Can anyone tell me why MA keeps denying all our 90899 and 90791 claims? Most of the denials are coming back with a 4. When I call DHS no one can give me definite answers.

Restrict template add ability
Is there a way to prevent users or certain roles from creating Private or Public Templates? We have users creating inaccurate templates creating some issues.

Extended Diagnostic Assessments
We are going to start doing extended DAs and I'm wondering how other users have set their systems up to allow for multiple visits but only submitting the charge to insurance once the DA is complete. Any feedback

Alert for end of recurring appointment?
I'm not sure if I'm missing a setting or something but is there a way for Procentive to alert us when a client's recurring appointments are ending? Our clinicians' schedules are pretty packed and if we don't notice that someone is running out of appointments in time, then they might miss several weeks until a slot opens up again.

Report needed - find a claim number
Hi all!
I had a writeoff come through on a Medicare ERA. It's associated with a claim number (PRxxxxx).
Has anyone figured out an easy way to find which claim this is associated with? I need to work it through and can't seem to find a report that has a claim number associated. The reference number also doesn't pull anything up . . .
