
Report to display Client Dx and Expiration date in program
I'm looking for a report that can bring up all clients in a specific program that also shows the clients' Dx codes and the Dx code expiration date. Does anyone know if a report can do this?
SUD Attending Provider
Hello,
Currently procentive seems to "force" an attending provider to be noted on our UB04 forms so we chose our Presidents info a while back for this. However, technically under SUD all the LADC's are housed our our facility itself and we are billing a day rate bill out.
I am wondering how others were able to by pass this requirement on procentive in order to bill ?

covid testing
Has anyone been able to bill for covid testing in a CLIA Waivered lab? We have clients in our Residential and IOP SUD program that we could do testing in our separate Lab and have nurses who could administer. Has anyone had any luck or found it not possible?

Claims not received
I sent out claims electronically on Friday and when I went to the Electronic Module this morning claims are still in "sent" status versus received. Im not sure if there was any updates that were made in Procentive that these electronic claims have not been received yet. I also had no ERAs this morning which is odd for a Monday morning. Is this a clearinghouse issue?
Substance-Treatment plan and treatment plan review
We are a outpatient substance use provider. We are wondering if there are any other providers that have the individual treatment plan and the treatment plan as one document in Procentive.
MA Remit - 8/16/2022
Did anyone else have a high number of claims processed incorrectly on their 8/16/22 MA ERA? We've had claims that have partially processed to CO45 - but should be reimbursed fully. From what I can tell, it looks like anything that was over 10 units for a WEEK was processed tot he provider discount, which is incorrect. I'd love to know if anyone else had issues.
Staff members not being able to see charting for their clients
Has anyone else had an issue lately where staff has been unable to see charting or create treatment notes for their own clients? We have been experiencing this over the last few weeks.
Have checked the staff tab and they are not excluded from viewing. Have ticketed Procentive X2, but haven't heard a word back. Thanks everyone!

Hello - We are in the very early stages of opening a Withdrawal Management line of business. Does anyone use Procentive for clinical charting and billing? Thoughts?

Round to nearest unit
Are there any organizations that have their settings for time to "round up to the nearest unit" or "round to the nearest unit"? I am curious if the logic is that 1.5 would round to 2 units? If you use this feature would you be willing to chat so I can pick your brain a little? :)
