KNOWN ISSUE: Error in Client Module

We are aware of a known issue with an error screen populating when trying to save a change in the Client Module and/or trying to “tab” through client details.

It is important to note, the changes are being saved, even though you are seeing the error screen!

Our Dev Team is investigating the issue and we will update you on here as soon as we have more information.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you but please know it is our priority to get this resolved.

We are revamping our IOP treatment and will be incorporating PRS (H0038 U8) into our treatment plans. 

We have a clinic separate from our SUD Treatment and want to know if we can bill for PRS services when the client is not enrolled in SUD treatment but receiving other services (MH and Suboxone) through our clinic. 

In reading DHS documents it states these services can be provided before, during and after treatment. 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone know how to enter DEA in EHR User system so that I can finish registration? I get this error: Invalid DEA

Primary DEA must be edited in the User Setup of your EHR

Ucare Splitting Room & Board and Treatment Line - Can't send!

Our Ucare claims are splitting room and board and treatment apart and we cannot figure out why (also have a crisis ticket in but wanted to ask here ) Has anyone had Procentive system do this and be able to figure out why? 

Auths are in right, all things match as needed ...

It appears as though the TIME Module features many of the primary elements for workflow management , but in order to ensure the linked clinical/charting document is signed User's are required to open and go into the actual document.  It would be very convenient if an additional column was added, or modification of icons (representing whether a clinical document exists or not) to indicate whether the note has been signed (specifically speaking from a clinical trainee POV), for efficiency purposes.
