For some reason, not all of the forms we want to Kiosk are available when through Appointment and Client modules.  The only way is if the document is created in clinical/charting, and then kiosked.  That said, because it has to be sent individually that way, how can I have a client have both forms available at the same time, even though sent separate?  So far, the clients have finished one form and then once sent- the screen is blank. 

Does anyone add a surcharge for credit card payments?  I'm wondering how you set that up in Procentive.

Can Procentive appointments be automatically linked/added to a Goggle Calendar? 

We are having difficulty recently getting S9480 reimbursed from Medica.  We have billed it with a revenue code in the past and have gotten reimbursement but then we also get denials - we have also billed it as a "group"  Anyone having similar problems with Medica/UHC and the S9480 group code?

Is it possible for a client to change a user name connected to a client portal once it is created?

Does anyone know if there is a setting in Procentive that would allow the practitioner to print clinical documents with the client's preferred name rather than what is in the client module?  

We are still waiting for our State ERAs to be posted in Procentive.  Is anyone else waiting or is it just us?   I wish Procentive would have a set schedule for putting them in the system instead of one time a Tuesday, next a Thursday, etc.  

Is anyone else having an issue when trying to apply secondary payments where the  "svc belongs here" link is no longer swapping where the payment is trying to apply? I've tried it on more than one computer with the same result so I'm wondering if it is a global issue or not.
