Which payers require a CLIA code on claims?

We are going to start billing for Urine Drug Tests for our COD program and we received a CLIA waiver. I see in the payers module > rates > codes tab that there is a filter that says "Use CLIA code on claim"...does anyone bill UDTs and send their CLIA code with claims? Do you know which payers require it? Would is be best to contact provider services for each payer or our network reps? Specifically, the code we will bill is 80305 QW. Thanks for any help as this is brand new to our clinic.

Does anyone else have a process through Procentive set up for combining multiple practitioner's claims for CD services on one UB claim per day?  BCBS is requiring this.

We have a therapist who only does Telehealth sessions and so we are unable to get patient signatures on Treatment Plans. How do other clinics handle this?

Crisis Code change?

Hello,

I am looking at the new DHS CPT Codes and Rates for 2019. I am seeing that the 90839 code typically used for Crisis billing code is linked specifically to CTSS. We do not bill CTSS here at my clinic. I am noticing that there is a code called S9484 identified as Adult Mental Health crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization-individual. Does this mean we should change our coding if we do a Crisis Appointment?

Submitting services to Office of Justice Programs Crime Reparations Board

I was wondering if anyone has submitted claims to this program that pays for mental health services.  They're requesting billing be submitted on HCFA 1500.  They are not Procentive payer and so Im trying to figure out a way to not have to fill out these claims by hand. Thanks

Hide Clients By Default in Appointments Module

Does anyone know if it's possible to hide clients by default in the appointments module, rather than having to click the "hide clients" button every time I log back into Procentive?

How does Procentive arrive at the various column figures of Collected vs Basis.  The difference doesn't appear to be obvious.

ARMHS Providers - TCL Plans

Any ARMHS providers well versed in Transition to Community Living?  Wanting to hear how other providers are making the treatment planning process for this service efficient?  Are providers using template features within the standard treatment plan or having a completely separate plan?  Any advice or suggestions appreciated.  Thank you
