Anyone know how to get a noncredentialed Medicare claim out of Procentive to get the denial from Medicare to submit to a secondary BCBS? We have an interesting situation where Medicare is primary due to the size of the company but clinician is a clinical trainee so the claim will not get out of Procentive to Medicare without a credentialed provider NPI on it. Trouble is, if it goes out with the credentialed provider's NPI, Medicare pays it. Thanks.
UCARE Collections
Does anyone still have UCare Minnesota (new 2022 payer) claims that are sitting in 'pending' status on UCare site and not paid? Mine just hit 60 days. Looks like many of them are being manually processed . . . I'm getting payments verrrrrry slowly trickling in. I've been calling and hold time yesterday was 33 minutes and got 2 claims sent back for reprocessing. Just looking to see if this is only me, or playing the waiting game all around.
Correcting an error in a locked document
When you have locked a document in the clinical charting, and notice an error later, what is the procedure you use to correct the error?
How are you all posting the recent Ucare MNCare tax that was corrected mid March 2022?
We are trying to post the tax without doing all of the take backs. Has anyone figured out a way to post these more efficiently?
Modifier 93 - Audio Only Telehealth
Has anyone started using modifier 93 for audio-only telehealth visits? If so, what payers are accepting it?

Clinical Charting Forms Locking on creation
Good morning,
We are receiving errors regarding the creation of forms in all areas where a form is created. When the form is created, the fields are initially able to be filled out and contain a lock and blue border around the form fields. As long as we do not save, the fields are writeable. The second the form saves it grays out and we have to exit the form. Once the form is exited, we can then go back into the form manually and it lets us update from there. The issue started yesterday, 03/02/2022.
Any assistance/help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
Electronic Module
I just went to my Electronics Module to check on claims status and all my claims sent electronically on Friday are still in the "sent" status versus "received". Just wondering if anyone else noticed this?
Kiosk Forms are not sending correctly
We are experiencing issues with the forms not appearing when we send them through the kiosk. Our clients are stating they do not see the forms and are coming up blank.
