Procentive slowness

I know there have been a few tickets lately but I wanted to start a new one because of the upgrades that took place this past weekend.  We are still experiencing slowness throughout our system.   Others have indicated in other tickets that this is an ongoing concern, but specifically today are others experiencing slower-than-normal performance?

Has anyone received their BCBS ERA's over the weekend?

We usually have at least 10 ERAs from BCBS that come in over the weekend. We did not receive any.

Medication Management Notes

Hey all!

We are wondering if anyone has perfected the use and workflow of medication management forms (ideally for the prescribing and documentation of psychiatric medications), who would be willing to consult with us on our forms? 


We have some user/prescriber specific questions and would love to be able to ask another user/prescriber about their process.

if so, let me know what the best/preferred method of contact is.

I know the DA needs to be dated the date it is complete and signed. Has anybody heard that this is required for ALL services rendered to MA clients?

MN DHS ERA Delay

Hello,

Has anyone experienced delays in receiving their ERAs from MN-ITS in Procentive? We generally receive ours on Sunday or Monday of the payment week, but still have yet to receive them this week.

text appointment reminders

For the past couple of weeks, we have had multiple clients say they didn't get an automated text appointment reminder.  The Procentive log says messages were sent.  We put in a ticket and heard back that Procentive did not believe it's an issue on their end. 


These are clients who have received the reminders with no issues in the past, and suddenly, many clients of several therapists are now not getting them and missing appointments.  Any ideas?  Or is this happening to you?

Scanning

Our facility is wanting to start directly scanning into procentive. Have others had luck with it and what scanners have you had the best luck with or bad luck with? Thanks everyone :)
