Forms-Clinical
I have a few questions I am hoping can be answered in this group. Is there a way to copy a form template in Procentive and rename it to have all staff utilize? I know that I can copy a note that is already in a client's file, but I would want this to be a form that staff can choose. We are wanting to have a form for Tx Plan Development. Is Procentive the only one that can change forms etc...
Second we have multiple programs and would like the Tx Plan to flow to each program with one Tx plan instead of having let's say one tx plan for CTSS and another for MH. Is this a simple as adding the program to the Tx Plan form?
Thank you for any information

Note to document MN CTSS ITP development
I'm wondering if any MN CTSS agencies are planning or wanting to create a note to specifically document time billed for treatment plan development? If so, we are interested in working together on this.
New ICD10 codes starting October 1
Most of you are probably aware, but on Friday, September 30, certain ICD-10 diagnoses codes will expire. They will be replaced by updated codes starting October 1.
I am attaching a .pdf (sent by one of our customers). It shows some of the codes that are changing. If you have other documentation that others might find helpful, feel free to post it here, too.
set default appointment view
Is there a way to change the default appointment view from 1 to 5 days? If I could save a click, I'd love to.
