UCare and ARMHS Auth

Does anyone who provides ARMHS have an issue this year with the ARMHS Provider Notification/Change Requests? We have turned these in every January for clients continuing with ARMHS from one year to the next. This year, they are asking for the DA, necessity of care, FA and ITP. We have only ever had to turn this additional information in for an authorization and this is just supposed to be a notification of care for UCare. They implemented it so clients could not be seen for services by more than one entity. Just looking to see if anyone else has come up against this. Thank you!

Electonic Processing is of billings is very slow-if not processing

Is anyone finding the Processing of billings are sitting and waiting as sent.   It doesn't matter if they are Availity or MN DHS.

DHS is telling me that the diagnosis F43.89 is not compatible with a 90785 and/or travel code H0046. Has anyone has this issue yet, since the diagnosis changed in October?

Professional vs Institutional Claims for Comprehensive Assessment

Did something change for facilities that bill Comprehensive Assessments? Previously I billed all claims as Institutional and yesterday I received a denial from MA for a comp claim stating I used the wrong form. Can someone help me?

Billing for Interpreters

Good afternoon,

We're looking for feedback as to if other providers are experiencing being asked to 3rd party bill for interpreters joining their H2017 and therapy sessions or if most interpreting agencies are now contracted and doing their own billing to PMAPs? We haven't had a problem with Blue Plus but UCare won't electronically bill without an MDH Roster ID. Does anyone know where to get that ID and how to bill using it?

Health Partners Treatment and Room and Board

We are being told by Health Partners PMAP that they still want to see the room and board line along with our treatment line, including the value codes.  Currently claims are not clearing electronic for these as the claims have more than one value code on them.  Is anyone else having an issue with this and how are you getting around it.  This is in MN...

N345 denial from HP-PMAP

Hello,

Is anyone else recently experiencing denials for all of their residential claims from HP-PMAP? We are getting the N345 code but can see that we have the right dates and units billed. Nothing has change on our end, but all our claims have started denying. If you have experienced this, have you found a solution?

BCBS PMAP DATE RANGE ISSUE

Help! is anyone else experiencing issues with claims going to BCBS pmap and the date range is only showing  "1" unit?  I opened a ticket on 8/31 and I still have no resolution from Procentive.
