Has anyone heard of any updates on MA denying claims with the POS 10?  Its been weeks now and we have not received any payment for claims with this place of service.  I checked the Provider Update website but its still the same message from 8/22/2022.

Is anyone else seeing delays? We haven't received our payment notifications as well?

Did anyone else have a high number of claims processed incorrectly on their 8/16/22 MA ERA?  We've had claims that have partially processed to CO45 - but should be reimbursed fully.  From what I can tell, it looks like anything that was over 10 units for a WEEK was processed tot he provider discount, which is incorrect.  I'd love to know if anyone else had issues.

Has anyone been successful in getting paid from UHC-PMAP for residential treatment and SUD outpatient services? We are getting conflicting information on how they want us to bill residential treatment so I would love to hear what form and what codes you are billing especially if you are a 1115 waiver provider. Did anyone else, in the last two weeks, have an EFT with many Blue Plus Payments come in where the paid amount for the 90837 was drastically reduced? 

I only received 1 ERA yesterday, and so far nothing today.

Is anyone else not received payment for 2022 Institutional claims submitted to UCARE?  We are now 90 days out and no payments.  I have reached out to them and told it is an internal issue they are working on. 

Hello - is anyone else experiencing UHC ERAs from certain plans not populating into the ERA module in Procentive?  For instance, the new UHC PMAP plan - the ERAs are not coming into Procentive and we are manually having to get them from the UHC provider portal and input them?  Curious if anyone else is experiencing this issue since the change in the Clearinghouse.  Thank you!

When you post an Ad Hoc in order to process a take back, do you post the full billed amount of original invoice or amount minus adjustment? We are wanting to be sure that our receivables are reflected accurately.
