Client Module/Program Tab and reporting
Does anyone use the "Inactive" checkbox and dates hyperlink in the Client Module/Program Tab? We started using this keep track of when client enter and exit programs and also returning clients to the program. How does this feature work for everyone? Are there any standard procentive reports that will help me figure out a list of clients enrolled in a program during a specific length of time based on the dates?
report 3560 - Procentive Statements
Is anyone having an issue with report 3560 today? We are trying to generate statements to send out to our clients, but we aren't getting very far! I have set the parameters I want, and Procentive builds the statements, but the PDF fails to load. I have been trying all morning and even moved to couple of other computers in office thinking I was having a compatibility error, but still no luck :-/
Data Measurables/Outcomes
Is anyone aware of any reports or data functions Procentive currently has to provide us with accurate information regarding number of new clients, starts, etc.?

Does anyone have a report they use to show Medicare payments, including co-payments, deductibles, and coinsurance from patients and/or Medicare supplemental plans for Medicare-covered services?

Report 3560 - Saving Statements in the Client Module
Hi all! Is anyone using the "Save a copy of these statements in the client module" feature in Report 3560? If so, do you like it? Where in the client module does it get saved? Would you recommend it? Thanks!
Assessments completed outside of facility
We do assessments outside of our facility. We bill the clients insurance company. We want to tract monthly how many we are providing at each facility and be able to follow up how many become our clients. Any suggestions out there?
