URGENT: Forced Procentive Logout Scheduled for TODAY at 12:05 PM [CST]

Ever have one of those days when you wish you could just start over? Let's start with logging out and logging back in...


Today (Wednesday, 9/19/2018) at about 12:05 PM [CST] Procentive will automatically log out all users and require everyone to log in again.  This action is being taken to fix several bugs (including an inability to log in) that were accidentally introduced this morning when we updated Procentive password security. Please be aware of the following and communicate with other users within your agency in case they have not signed up for this email list:


  • If you have a form open, be sure you save it before 12:05 PM [CST].
  • After 12:05 PM (CST), the use of special characters in the username will work again. 
  • These reported issues are not due to superuser updates, but rather due to updated security for usernames and passwords.

NO ACCESS TO PROCENTIVE DATABASES - URGENT

Procentive,

I have no method of communication to you alerting you I have NO access to the databases I work with.


I believe this is due to the Super User Edits.


Please help resolve this asap.

KNOWN ISSUE: MN MA Downtime

We have received the following notice from DHS: 

Systems unavailable due to upgrade work from Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 6 AM CST until Monday, September 17, 2018 at 4 AM CST.

What does this mean for you?

Eligibility through Procentive will be unavailable during this time. This may also cause claims sent to MN MA (DHS) to fail.

We ask that you please wait to send claims to MN MA until their system is restored on Monday, September 17 at 4 AM.

Does anyone bill their claims electronically to CHAMPVA?  We tried years ago but were told that the claims must have the licensure of the therapist on them (Since they don't credential).  Paper claims take forever to process.  Thanks

Does anyone using a software system along with Procentive to check eligibility? We have such a huge client base that it is difficult to check this at the beginning of each month. We use the Eligibility module in Procentive and insurance websites, but is still time consuming. wondering if anyone using something else to batch check??

We are aware the we currently do not have access to the Medication Module.  We have spoken to Dr First & they are experiencing an outage.  They were not able to provide an estimated time for when this will be resolved but did assure us that this is their engineers' top priority.  We will post here once this issue has been resolved.
