Primewest billing supervisor required
We are continually getting the error "A supervisor with a valid NPI is required" for all our institutional Primewest claims. We have tried to fix this by adding a billing supervisor to all our LADC staff but the claims are still getting this error. Can someone tell me what they set up to get around this error? I believe it's something that needs to be added to the payer on the staff tab but we have tried several things and still get the same error. Thanks!

CLIA UA Certification #
Hi,
We are submitting for CLIA waived UA testing. The claims are denying as the Certificate # needs to be on the claim.
Does anyone know where this Cert # is to be entered in the payer, code or on the claims? We do not receive auths for this service.
Thanks for your help, Teri

Ticketing Module
Is anyone else finding staff replying to their tickets in the "Description" area and not on the right-hand side using the comments? This is not a good thing for billing staff, if clinical staff are able to edit what the ticket originally said when it was sent. Is anybody else noticing this? I did send a ticket to Procentive but my rep is off this week, so thought I'd check here.
I did check to see if there was something in the User Role that allowed it, but don't see anything.
Thank you!

Interpreter For ASL and Spanish
Questions for billing Interpreter services to a p-map for CD services:
Do we enter one individual session for the whole day the interpreter was here?
Who do we use for staff?
Thank you for any help you can offer.

Veterans Affairs
Has anyone had any success with billing Veterans Affairs for SUD residential services or SUD outpatient services through Procentive or through their portal? We are getting rejections from the clearinghouse for services billed through Procentive and denials about dates overlapping in their portal which doesn't make sense.

Workflow alerts
I'm trying to set up alerts in Workflow to send reminders 15 days prior to the expiration date. I've looked at Workflow definitions and I *believe* I set up an alert but I'm not sure if it will be activated correctly. Thoughts?
