245G Comprehensive assessment & intake billing

Susan Connolly 5 years ago in Billing/Electronic Modules updated by Jeremy Roelofs-Lynch 4 years ago 4

We have been receiving some information/advice on how to properly bill for a comprehensive assessment and also bill for intakes in our  new chemical dependency program.

Our thought is to use code H0001 for the comprehensive assessment itself, but we have also been advised that there should be a billing for group time.

Can anyone provide some insight on why group would be billed as well?  If billing for time spent on the comprehensive assessment is allowed, shouldn't that be billed as individual?

Update glitches

Abarnes 5 years ago in Appointments Module updated by Sheryl Martin 5 years ago 1

We have noticed that since the update this weekend we need to refresh our screen to see any changes. After making an appointment or changing an appointment (cancel, check in arrival). Do we know if this is going to get corrected?

Time Module for Residential billing: date range column on service lines "at-a-glance"?

Jonathan Beulke 6 years ago in Time Module updated by Valerie McNamara 6 years ago 1

Does anyone know if there's an ability to look at residential service lines billed date ranges in the Time Module without actually opening them?  If not I think it would be nice to have an additional column next to "Date Created" and "Date Modified" that would display the Date Range of that service line, whether looking at it in Residential or Individual views.

Having to open the claims isn't that big of a deal, but it would streamline billing even further having an extra column for this.

Suggestion for ERA payment entry recording

I really enjoy the "Save All" feature when entering payments in an ERA where all claims in that ERA require no special attention.  I think it would be great to be able to select multiple claims and be able to save all payments for the selected claims, leaving the claims that need attention unpaid.  It would just help reduce the time saving not having to save each payment individually in an ERA when there's only one or two claims that need to be addressed further.

Invoices for Co-Pay Only

Valerie McNamara 6 years ago in Reporting Module updated by Kelli Feucht- ACS 6 years ago 6

Does anyone have a work around for only invoicing the Copay, Coinsurance, Deductible?

We want to be able to generate a statement for only the Copay, Coninsurance, Deducbible amount, and remove the original invoice information.  Does anyone have a work around for this?

When I used the 3560 Statement report and Select CoPay only it will also show the amount paid and received the for original billing (which we do not want to specifically send to our clients), we want to remove this and only have Date of Service, Copay Amount due...

Has anyone else figured out how to get around this?

Single Sign On from Password Manager

Joey 7 years ago in Settings Module 0

Hi,

We're looking to implement a Single-Sign On solution that's based on a password manager. Would it be possible to disable the ability for users to update their own password, but still let them set their Digital Password for signing documents?

Best practices for cell phone usage - in home

Rochelle Garcia 7 years ago in User Group Help updated by Ben Simpson 7 years ago 4

For agencies that are doing in-home and/or community work, does your in-home staff give clients their phone number or do they use a service like Google Voice?  Do you provide cell phones for in-home staff?

New and Expiring ICD10 Codes Starting October 1, 2017

Ashley M 7 years ago in ICD-10/DSM5 updated 7 years ago 1

You may be aware that on Saturday, September 30 there are certain ICD-10 diagnoses that will expire. These expired diagnoses will be replaced by updated codes on October 1.

Please familiarize yourself with the list of changes (below) in preparation for this change. The new ICD-10 codes have been added to the Procentive master list and can be added to your Diagnosis Module at any time.

For your convenience the full 2018 ICD-10 Table and Index (PDF, published by CMS) is available here (obtained from CMS.gov).

Each agency is responsible for adding and removing diagnoses as they deem necessary based on the services they provide. For a guide on updating your Diagnoses Module, please see this article on our Knowledge Hub.

Please be sure to update the diagnoses for clients as necessary to avoid any delays in payment. This is best achieved using Report 3701 Complete Client Diagnosis Search which reports all clients with the selected diagnosis.

Any expired diagnoses submitted on claims for DOS 10/01/2017 and later will be rejected. For assistance with these rejections please review this new article on our Knowledge Hub.

If you need further assistance please submit a ticket to the Procentive Support Desk.
