Appointment Reminders?

We have had several clients in the last couple days not receive their usual text reminders and it seems like it's not a coincidence. All of them so far usually receive their reminders 24 hrs in advance, and had appointments scheduled way ahead of time but received nothing. Is anyone else having appointment reminder issues?

We've gotten several phone calls from inactive clients (haven't been seen in years!), that they are receiving text or email reminders about appointments that do not exist! This happened a few months back too, but I thought the issue had been resolved.

Does anyone know if there is a report that will show all active clients' last visit date, in order to discharge them?

Alert for end of recurring appointment?

I'm not sure if I'm missing a setting or something but is there a way for Procentive to alert us when a client's recurring appointments are ending? Our clinicians' schedules are pretty packed and if we don't notice that someone is running out of appointments in time, then they might miss several weeks until a slot opens up again.

Time Slips

Is anyone else having problems in the scheduler?  We can't see the option to add a time slip anymore.  I checked the configuration and everyting.

Notification in Group appointments for Private Pay clients

For our clinic's group sessions we have a mixture of clients who pay for services through insurance, and also those who choose to go the private pay route.  From what we can tell within the Appointments module, there isn't a quick "at a glance" way to determine which clients are private pay, and which ones have insurance coverage.  Does anyone know of a setting or something you have done to quickly show which clients are private pay while remaining in the Appointments module?  The primary reason wanting to see this info is when private pay clients check in, they are responsible for making a payment at the time of the appointment.

Is anyone having problems with the appointment module when sorting by location?

We can bring up a single provider, but when we try to do all providers at a location we get nothing but a white screen. Everything worked just fine yesterday.
