Does anyone store psycotherapy notes (therapist's personal notes) anywhere on Procentive?  Looking for a work around for our therapists that take brief notes to reference in future sessions, but need to keep them secure while working remotely--and separate from the official medical file.  

I am wondering what video system everyone is using to see your clients for tele-health? Are there agencies using theralink through Procentive? We had already been using the state Vidyo system already, but want to know what else is out there that everyone has had luck with.  Thank you! 

I originally billing our telemed visits to Medicare with POS 02 and the GT modifier; they paid, but at a reduced rate.  I contacted Medicare and was told that the claims need to be filed with POS 11 and a 95 modifier, so I did re-openings on all of them.  When they reprocess the payment is the same as it was.  

Is anyone else having this issue or know of a different way to submit to the payment equals in-office reimbursement rates? 

Has anyone been able to bill the codes 99441, 99442 or 99443 as suggested by DHS?  If so, what rates are you billing out at?  I am unable to locate this information anywhere.  The 99441 is for 5 - 10 minutes of Telephone evaluation, so is this to be considered your DA and can you charge more for that?  The 99442 is for 11 - 20 minutes of medical discussion and 99443 is 21 - 30 minutes of medical discussion.  Nothing for over 30 minutes.  

Is it safe to assume this is for therapists and care for their clients via telephone?  Or are these codes only for medical doctors?  Not finding clear identification for use of these.

Does anyone know if Hennepin Health requires a modifier (GT or 95) for telemedicine claims? 

Does anyone know if MA is going to cover telemedicine?  When I try to validate a claim on MN-Its using the 02 POS and GT modifier I get a denial.

Have anyone billed Mental Health Telemedicine claims to Health Partners?  Do you bill with modifier and if so what modifier code is billed with cpt code?

We have CD & MH PHP and IOP programs at our agency how are all of you handling these programs amidst COVID?  Is there any way to provide telehealth services via zoom for a group setting for these programs and still be able to bill for it?  Our clients need for the service to continue but the only way we can continue is if there was a telehealth way.  Any thoughts or ideas of how maybe your agency is handling it, is greatly appreciated

In the mad dash to telehealth, is a picture of a signed telehealth informed consent form as good as an "original signature" form or PDF of it?
