Is anyone getting reimbursed the full amount billed for 90837?

We are wondering if anyone ever puts their clients on  "hold "some how to prevent for error billing when client is on furlough.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of another site other than MNITS to check insurance eligibility (besides individual PMAP sites).  Im finding that many clients have multiple PMI numbers and unfortunately on MNITS you will just get the response:

• Invalid/Missing Subscriber/Insured ID.
  Please Correct and Resubmit."

When I've called DHS before one person explained that this error may mean there is more than one PMI and the next time I called I was told they were not supposed to give us this information.  Most of our client's are in home clients and its difficult to get a hold of parents to get any insurance information from them. How does this corrected? I've sent claims to Hennepin County and they have been returned as having an active PMI but again I dont have this new information so how can providers know this.  

I have noticed a major lag time when running the Minnesota DAANES report. Anyone else having the same issue?

Reaching out to see if anyone is willing to share what company (not agent or agency) they have professional liability insurance through.

Is anyone else having issues with billing today?  It takes forever and I have to go in and out a few times before it will finally go through

Is anyone else having any luck bringing up remits in Ucare?  I am unable to bring up yesterdays remit on Ucare's site.

Wondering if any others have billed Medicare for Alcohol screenings and counseling?  If so what codes did you use, I am not see any codes they recognize.

Alcohol misuse screenings & counseling

Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) covers an alcohol misuse screening once per year if you’re an adult (including pregnant women) who uses alcohol, but you don’t meet the medical criteria for alcohol dependency. If your primary care doctor or other primary care practitioner determines you’re misusing alcohol, you can get up to 4 brief face-to-face counseling sessions per year (if you’re competent and alert during counseling).
