Invitation sent via Client Portal

Rochelle Garcia 5 lat temu w Client Portal zaktualizowano 5 lat temu 3

Does anyone know of a report that shows the staff that sent the Client Portal Invitation to a client?  I have a client that received a client portal invitation and we are trying to figure out how it was sent because all of our office staff state they never sent it.

I thought when I went to the Client Portal Manager and looked up the client that information would be there but im not seeing.

Thanks

90837 - Letter from BCBS Regarding Usage

ejallo 5 lat temu w Industry News/Discussion Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez William Paige-Evans 5 lat temu 11

We have had a couple providers receive a letter from BCBS about their "higher than the expected billing distribution" for code 90837.  It''s asks that the provider contact their "Provider Education Team" so they can "further understand your coding methodologies and billing practices."

Has anyone else received one of these?

Thanks!

Server not found? Access denied across all browsers and dropped from session already logged in.

This started yesterday and is an intermittent issue since.  I was able to finally log in around noon yesterday after 2+ hours of trying various solutions.  Was able to log in this morning for about 2.5 hours and now I've been kicked off again with the message the server cannot be found.  This happens across all three browsers I use, firefox, chrome, and edge as well as a laptop on wifi and a hardwired desktop computer.  I suspect it has something to do with the security certificate Procentive is using being out of date or not secure.

Commercial Insurance and Medicaid/Medicare

I just got off the phone with a commercial insurance plan as I was checking on denied claims for a patient. This patient has MA has a secondary. The commercial primary is denying due to the COB box on the electronic claim was checked yes. Commercial insurance rep told me that if a patient has Medicaid/Medicare that box can't be checked yes. Can someone please help explain this to me and why? Where is that box in Procentive? I have numerous denied claims for numerous patients with this same issue?

THANK YOU!

Psychiatric Visit Documentation & Billing

Are there any practices providing medication management & psychiatric services?

Our counseling practice now includes a wellness center and I wondering how others have best utilized Procentive documentation to ensure appropriate billing.

Thank you in advance,

Linda

Workers compensation billing

crystalp 5 lat temu w User Group Help Ostatnio zmodyfikowane przez Richard Sethre, Psy D , L P. 5 lat temu 1

Our clinic has been getting more clients who have worker’s compensation and with the limited experience we have we know we spend quite a bit admin time trying to obtain info of where to send claims and what to send plus it’s sometimes difficult to get payment. We have a couple questions:

1. can you collect  money up front from the client in case WC doesn’t pay  or is there a rule in workmen’s comp about this?

2. can you bill the insurance and not use workmen’s comp or is their a rule against this?

Does anyone had links to resources about WC billing?

Thanks in advance
