Billing for Interpreters
Good afternoon,
We're looking for feedback as to if other providers are experiencing being asked to 3rd party bill for interpreters joining their H2017 and therapy sessions or if most interpreting agencies are now contracted and doing their own billing to PMAPs? We haven't had a problem with Blue Plus but UCare won't electronically bill without an MDH Roster ID. Does anyone know where to get that ID and how to bill using it?

Clinical Charting Link in the Medication Module
Please add the link to clinical charting back into the new medication module NewCrop. It was available when the medication module was Dr. First and was very helpful to flip back and forth from procentive clinical charting to the medication module.
Health Partners Treatment and Room and Board
We are being told by Health Partners PMAP that they still want to see the room and board line along with our treatment line, including the value codes. Currently claims are not clearing electronic for these as the claims have more than one value code on them. Is anyone else having an issue with this and how are you getting around it. This is in MN...
Is Procentive not loading for anyone else?
We can not get Procentive to load - so I can not check the updates page to see if something has been posted there. Is anyone else having this issue? If not, I will check with our IT company but just looking for a starting point in my process. Thank you!
Clinical/charting field defaults
Does anyone know how to change the default for fields in Clinical/Charting so they don't always reset to say "myself" or other automatic defaults?
BluePlus splitting DBT group service line
Beginning around the middle of October 2022 we have noticed that for some BluePlus members, their group DBT service lines are being split into two service lines at the Payer level creating a nonpayment and an underpayment. So if we bill 8 units, BluePlus is splitting it into two service lines with 4 units each and thus paying only one and denying the other 4 units as duplicate. Is anyone else experiencing this?
N345 denial from HP-PMAP
Hello,
Is anyone else recently experiencing denials for all of their residential claims from HP-PMAP? We are getting the N345 code but can see that we have the right dates and units billed. Nothing has change on our end, but all our claims have started denying. If you have experienced this, have you found a solution?

THere are chats regarding topaz signature pads, but none more recent than 3 years ago...
We're looking at purchasing one for our front desk check in for use with a PC.
Does anyone use them now? And. What has been your experience?
