Billing for Clinical Care Consultation
Can we bill for (and get paid:) Clinical Care Consultation over phone or in person? I've been told by someone who works in a CTSS clinic that they can only be billed for MA clients. Using code 90899 with modifiers. For example U8, U9, UB, UC (in person) and adding U4 for phone.
Can a private practice bill these codes or does one have to be in specific program to use these codes?
Dragon Software
Looking for some recommendations on Dragon Software. Wondering what version you are using for clinical staff? Wondering if Professional is sufficient. Where did you purchase through? We hope to implement the Medical version for our Physicians...but do not think all staff need that version...?
Procentive running slow
Is Procentive running slow for anyone else? Several reports from staff and own experience that it is taking forever to log in or switch modules.
Credentialing, as newly licensed, with Insurance Companies for two different Mental Health Centers

I have not run into this before. One of our therapists will soon be fully licensed. He works for our company and also for another mental health company. Is there any reason why he cannot credential to all insurance companies with two separate applications? One application listing our company and our billing NPI # and sending in another application listing the other company and their billing NPI#?

Optum Peer to Peer Review Phone Calls
Has anyone else been receiving phone calls from Optum demanding to speak to their therapists directly in regards to doing peer to peer reviews on their clients?
The phone calls have been taking approx 30 mins each for our therapists and the person calling is asking about clinical information for how we are providing therapy to our clients; all of which would be in our documentation. When asked why they don't just ask for our documentation, they are told that it isn't about that and that it is more of a peer to peer thing. Once the person that is calling gets all of the information about the case, they then review it with their team and call us back with their recommendations. Basically informing us how to provide treatment to our clients. Doesn't seem like a very good use of our therapists time and we haven't had anything like this in the past, so just wondering if others are receiving these as well.
Procentive Issues?
Is anyone having issues staying logged into Procentive today? I have been kicked out a few times and I have staff that can't seem to get in.
H2012 - Adult Day Treatment (ADT)
Hello,
Our facility is exploring the option of providing Adult Day Treatment. My initial research show this is generally billed under H2012.
I was curious if anyone would be willing to share their experience with billing this type of service. I also open to any resources or general knowledge you are willing to share.

intepreter services for clients with Commercial insurance or private pay
We have some clients coming in for various things, primarily psychological testing for citizenship, and they often require an interpreter. Most of these folks do have MA/PMAPs, but a few do not and we want to know if we are allowed to bill the client for those services.
Server down?
There isn't anything on the live updates page and we can' get into Procentive to send a ticket. We have an 8 hour class starting in 10 minutes and can't take credit card payments or check people in.
