

ePrescribing Registration with NewCrop
Curious if any other prescribers are having issues with the registration process for NewCrop? We are running into issues with the Twilio Authy App, on an iPhone we get all the way to the very end of the registration and are entering in the code to complete registration and it times out and states that it failed. On an Android when receiving the SMS message or phone call to get a verification code to set up the screen to enter the code disappears and goes directly to add an account. This has happened to every single one of our prescribers and we have 5 of them. I have responded to the NewCrop registration ticket with no response from Procentive at this time. Any information that can be provided would be appreciated.

LADC billing
Hello, looking for help in billing for a newly licensed LADC. She should be getting her license in June and then begin the process of credentialing w/payers, etc. What codes are used when billing at an outpatient behavioral health facility for a LADC? Thus far the only codes we use are outpatient codes for; LMFT, LISCW, LPC, etc. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Sara

Is anyone experiencing a significant disruption in the payments for substance use disorder? We would be very interested in comparing notes on the experience.

Issues Logging In
Is anyone else having issues logging into Procentive today? One of our staff is unable to log in, he keeps getting a message saying "502 bad gateway", has tried several different browsers, cleared his cache, tried his cell phone and laptop. I'm not sure if this is related, but, using Chrome, I have a different login page than normal (using Firefox, it looks the same as before).

Comprehensive Assessment Update Billing
Hi, we are running into issues when billing the SUD Comprehensive Assessment Update. The update is normally an hour long appointment as opposed to the two hour long Comprehensive Assessment. We are wondering what code people are using when billing for the update or are updates not being billed for at all. Thank you so much in advance for any advice that you have!

UCARE 2022 Payments
Is anyone else not received payment for 2022 Institutional claims submitted to UCARE? We are now 90 days out and no payments. I have reached out to them and told it is an internal issue they are working on.
