When interviewing a potential client for intake how have you used procentive to complete the clients phone interview without making them an active client? Is there a "wait list" option. I have had them put our phone interview sheet together but didn't realize that I would have to give them a client profile, I issue with that is, if they decide to not come then what?

No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimate

Hello, is anyone currently using or in the process of creating a Good Faith Estimate for cost of service (as required for the No Surprises Act)?  Just wanting to team up on this if possible so we are not recreating the wheel if someone is already underway with something.   thanks!

New layout

I know Procentive's new formatting went live this morning so there still may be some bugs to work out. Does anyone else have significantly more space dedicated to the header/footer area on their layout? The usable area i'm able to see has been reduced by a good margin and I'm hoping there's just a setting I can modify to shrink the dead space and see more lines (especially in the Time module).  I'm already zoomed out in my browser and if I go any further I won't be able to read the text anymore

Just wondering if there are issues with Procentive this morning? I have been frozen or kicked out a couple times. Just wanted to notify my staff if there is something being worked on and they should paper chart this morning to be safe. Thank you! Was going to send a ticket but got kicked out twice. Thought this might be a safer way to get the information.

creating family client portal account

Is there a way to create a family portal account.  Our agency at times serve several family members.  We would like to avoid have a parent sign up for multiple portal accounts when they are in charge of signing documents for all the kids.  Is this possible?

To clarify, if Parent has an account does the child need an account or can all the paper work be sent directly to that parent?

For example:

Family A: 1 parent and 3 kids

Parent email can receive all 3 kids information through the parents one email account?

The 3 kids need an account set up, but the parent would not have to login to any of their accounts to sign documents?
