Has anyone been successful in setting up code T1016 in Procentive and getting paid by insurances?

Has anyone had anyone found documentation regarding the billing of this code?  We are questioning the two or more tests requirement before this can be billed.  All I have found is that it means in a session.  Is a session each day or is the session the whole testing time from start to finish?  How is everyone else handling this?

Has anyone had any luck finding the Medicare and MN Medicaid Fee Schedule for the new codes 96130, 96131, 96136, 96137, 96138 or 96139?

...and getting reimbursed.

We are wondering if any clinic has successfully billed for the scoring and writing up the evaluations for ADHD testing, this would be without patient present of course.  What codes are you using?  We found code 96127, however most insurance companies are only allowing payment of $5.00-$10.00 which is extremely low for the amount of time the clinician is spending scoring and writing up the evaluation.  Any information you can provide is appreciated.

We are currently billing out 90899 for one of our therapists for animal assisted therapy. MA has stated they DO reimburse for 90899 Animal Assisted therapy but it needs a modifier. We are unable to located one. When looking the HCPCS it only has modifiers occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy. Does anyone know what modifier we could use for mental health therapy?

Has anyone every had any of their clinicians use an ASL interpreter? If so is there a billing code that can be used when this service is used?

We are adding codes 80305 and 80307 for billing Drug Screens/Urinalysis. Does anyone presently use these codes? Is there a revenue code that needs to be billed with it? Or is there any modifiers? Should it be set up as an institutional claim or a professional claim? Any assistance will be appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone have experience billing MA or other payers for 90801 (psychiatric diagnostic interview examination)? One of our clinicians thought it was being "phased out" (ie not paid) and we should remove it from our codes sheet. 

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
