We run the 3560 statement each month however when we first started using it we were told (by Procentive) to run it from 1/1-2/10 is there a reason we should be sending a month and a half worth of charges or was this suppose to be a one time thing and not relayed? Also, how do you run an itemized statement for a specific date (ie: rather than sending a receipt for payment they would like an itemized statement for the payment)

We are using the commission module but I haven't found any info regarding the various breakdowns in the report.

Hey guys, have any of you found a report other than the collections report that you can use as an aging? I thought the billed items search report would work, but it doesnt look like it is pulling all DOS that have a balance on them in... Do you have anything that would work?

Where can I get a better explanation of the different billing reports in Procentive and what the included fields represent?

Our clinic was greatly anticipating the arrival of the client module, and with it, the ability for clients to be able to make online payments. It sounds like the payment piece is still a ways off. We are looking into other (third party) options. If you can answer any or all of the following questions or provide some insight we would greatly appreciate it!

1. What types of online payment options do you offer?

a. Through what company?

2. What is a cheap yet reliable option that you use or may be considering?

3. Are the fees charged by many of the bigger companies worth it?
