Extended Maintenance Window
We regret to inform you that the scheduled maintenance window will need to be extended for an additional 14 hours. This means the system will now be ready for you to access closer to June 23rd at 8 am CST.
Please continue to check back here for updates with more information on when you can anticipate accessing the system. We will notify you should the system be available sooner.
We do apologize for the inconvenience. We have made great progress but we want to ensure a smooth transition. This is a critical cut over and must be handled with the utmost care.

Starting Wednesday, July 11, 2018, you can schedule and modify Appointments and Resources with fewer clicks in the new Appointments Module Add window. Keep an eye out for an email early next week with more information on this exciting change and links to support materials (video and KnowledgeHub articles).

Hello All,
This is now planned to be live early tomorrow morning.
There are a series of events which take place every night within the back end of Procentive and our servers. Releasing new enhancements/updates are one of those sequential events. We did plan to have this for you this morning, as I commented yesterday, but we chose to wait one additional day based on how the required sequential events played out which was the best course of action for Procentive. I apologize for the additional wait and the plan is for delete to be live tomorrow.
