THere are chats regarding topaz signature pads, but none more recent than 3 years ago... 

We're looking at purchasing one for our front desk check in for use with a PC.

Does anyone use them now? And. What has been your experience?

Is anyone waiting on Blue Plus ERAs coming through Procentive? We have not recevied one since 10/11/22

Has anyone heard of any updates on MA denying claims with the POS 10?  Its been weeks now and we have not received any payment for claims with this place of service.  I checked the Provider Update website but its still the same message from 8/22/2022.

Hello, I just had a couple of claims reject for what appears to be code updates or subdivisions of the code;

F43.8.

• F43.8, "Other reactions to severe stress," is being subdivided into two new codes — one to capture prolonged grief disorder (F43.81) and another to capture the rest of what was otherwise reported under F43.8 (F43.89, “Other reactions to severe stress”).

Has anyone else run into this one?

Help! is anyone else experiencing issues with claims going to BCBS pmap and the date range is only showing  "1" unit?  I opened a ticket on 8/31 and I still have no resolution from Procentive.  

Is anyone using the electronic feature for statements?  I'm wondering how it's working and if there have been any glitches before I switch over. 

Has any SUD providers figured out how to bill with the Value code for Blue plus claims since they want us to stop using the HCPC code/combination effective 5.1.22. They say they do not want to see any HCPC for the TX line they want a value code to be billed. Only 1 value code can be billed on a claim and I am billing with that for the room and board part of the claim. I have asked my Provider contact person with no help.

Also since i turned on the Value code option on my payers BCBS pmap and UCARE the claims deny for use of said Value code. Procentive wont let it out the door. What a mess....
