Printing Clnical records

Tanya Leither hace 9 años en Clinical Charting Module actualizado por Kim Ross hace 8 años 13

Is there a way to indicate date range for printing clinical records? We are not yet at the point where we are faxing out of Procentive.

Kay - first check your staff permissions to be sure the report is activated for your role. There is definitely a report #2010 but with all reports, each one has to be turned on for specific roles, etc.

In the report 2010 you can select the dates and the type of clinical records you want to send out. I highly recommend the faxing option with Procentive. It has saved our department time, money, and paper.

Good morning! We just ported our fax # into Procentive and I'm looking for any input on how you all use it. Is there one person in charge of incoming faxes? Do they then move said feaxes to clients' chart/other areas? How do you notify a clinician if they rec'd a doc they were waiting for, a ticket or is there some other sort of alert within the fax module? How does faxing out look with this module? Thanks so much! I think this will be a great addition after the initial headache period. Thanks!

We use the fax feature a lot. One staff gets email alerts when a fax is received, but it's checked daily by various admin staff with permissions. If a fax is client-related it is copied directly to clinical charting with just a keystroke! Then, the primary therapist is ticketed to let them know it's there. That way all the documentation stays with the client. We also fax out (especially authorizations). The cover sheet automatically fills and looks great. This provides documentation when the fax is sent & to whom, associated with each clinical doc or PDF attachment that was faxed. It's a great time saver.

Okay. How do you handle it when a clinician has something to fax? Do they have the ability to fax it or is it given to a support staff to do? Because if I understand correctly, it will need to be scanned into Procentive first then faxed. This would include faxing records requests too I assume. Thanks again. It's so nice to be able to tap into people that have already learned a process. Do your clinicians' even have access to the Fax Module?

Our clinicians fax out of Procentive themselves. They either do it from the clinical charting module and are able to select multiple documents, or from the fax module then can upload a PDF from their desktop. It's nice because they can fax from anywhere... :)

In addition to the great tips you'll get here from others in the Procentive community, I'd like to suggest looking up the help resources in the Knowledge Hub. Your "how-to" questions related to the specific faxing functionality will be answered there. Also, please don't hesitate to send us a help ticket on any issue as well as to ask for a quick training on the faxing module.

Turns out I don't have report #2010 - could you check that report # again? Thanks.

I looked and it appears I am set up for all rights as a Champion, but maybe that isn't "good enough".

If it is, can this be made available?

We also use the faxing in Procentive and it is so much easier and great to have the lists of what has been sent or not, so quick and easy to see it done.

Hi Kay! If you go to the Reports Module and search for "Clinical" or "2010", this report should appear as you have the correct permissions. If not, please submit a ticket to the Procentive help desk to help you.

Thanks! We don't have ANY reports that are in the 2000. I'll ask for a list.
