Has anyone had problems resending a replacement claim?

When I resend the claim, it does not bring the claim up for me to check and send electronically.

Nothing is there.

This most commonly happens when the claim being re-submitted had a change in the claim type, resulting from the code. If the code was changed from Professional claim type to Institutional claim type (or vice versa) then you'll need to re-submit the service(s) on a new invoice through the Billing module > Add window.
