New Appointment Notification

Is there a way for Procentive to send a notification to STAFF when a new appointment is added to their schedule??

Yes, in the Staff Module/Appointments tab, change "Send E-mail on appointment change" to "To Second email address", then enter their cell number into the Email (Phone/SMS): field on the main tab. Depending on their wireless carrier, you may have to format that number as an email address (for example "cellnumber@txt.att.net"  for AT&T numbers).   There is a list of how cell numbers are converted this way for each carrier - I can try to find that list if you need it.  For Verizon, I don't think this is required - you should be able to just enter the number i.e., (555) 555-5555.
