KNOWN ISSUE: Cannot Save Group Appointments

Currently, the ability to save a Group Appointment is not available.

One of our therapists experieced issues last week and this is how she was able to save:


I had this problem last week in Wednesday DBT group.  Here is what happened and how I resolved it.  

First I had set up the two hour DBT time and saved it.  I tried to add group members afterwards and it would not save.

Resolution:
Deleted the time saved and started again with this change.

On the screen when scheduling appointment time I selected the two hours for DBT and then did not save it until I moved to the group and added the group members then saved.  Both have to be done on the same time.  I used the method this week for Monday DBT and Tuesday IOP and it saved and I was able to bill.  I waited to set up the box until all clients were present for group to make sure I did not have to redo.
