BCBS Rejected claims
All of our BCBS electronic billing files rejected with the error "Submitter not approved for electronic claim submissions on behalf of this entity
Entity: Submitter" Anyone else experiencing this?

Good morning Deb. Yesterday morning we experienced global rejections by BCBS. I created help tickets and awaiting response from Procentive.
Yes, we've received the same rejections from BCBS. Will wait for a response on the issue!
Yes, we recieved the same rejections this morning and sent a ticket to Procentive. Waiting on a response.
