Can you bill more than 1 unit for 90853 for a 2 hour group? Do you use a modifier or 2 for the # of units

90853 is an occurrence code. You can only bill 1 unit no matter what the time length of the group. there are no add-on codes or modifiers that will let you bill more than one unit either.
