KNOWN ISSUES: KnowledgeHub/Training Module slow due to issues at Amazon Web Services

All of the information that is housed in the Training Module of Procentive is housed at Amazon Web Services, and Amazon is having problems today. As soon as Amazon is able to resolve this issue, the information (help files, training videos, etc.) will be available again within Procentive.
As soon as AWS is back online, we will update this post.

UPDATE: The issues in the KnowledgeHub are connected to problems at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As soon as we know that Amazon has resolved this issue, we will update this ticket. In Procentive, the only two areas that depend on AWS are the KnowledgeHub and the Training Module.
UPDATE: Amazon has provided an update that performance is starting to slowly restore, though they have not provided a final ETA on full resolution. Given this, you may continue to experience slow loading times in the KnowledgeHub and Training Modules. As soon as the issue is fully resolved, we will update this post.
UPDATE: Amazon Web Services has issued a statement confirming services have been fully restored. KnowledgeHub and Training Module are back to normal operations.Thank you for your patience.
