How long is shortly? We have doctor's in the middle of typing up assessments with patients currently in their offices. Will the work they previously did be recovered if the auto save did not occur prior to shut down?

Hello everyone,
We have discovered the cause of today's outage and have made changes to prevent the problem from occurring again.
The issue was connected to one of the upgrades we have been making recently. In addition to adding two new solid-state servers, which are currently live, we also made some upgrades to our load-balancing firmware. The issue from today was in connection to this firmware, but we have identified the problem and made changes to prevent the issue from happening again.
We are very sorry for the stress and frustration that the problem from today has caused. We hope that the upgrades we are making are resulting in better performance for you and your staff overall.
