Procentive is running very slowly. Some staff are seeing display issues (what they just entered not showing up). I already have a dozen email messages from staff about it at many locations, so we have ruled out a connection issue.

I am too!! It is very slow!
Slowness in every aspect - appointments, tickets, clinical charting. Is there a long term solution in the works? This has been going on for some time and has to be frustrating for Procentive too!
We are very slow. Working month end in very hard like this.
We are also experiencing EXTREME slowness in all of Procentive.
Hello everyone, We are aware of the current speed issue. We believe we have identified the source of the issue and we are working right now to permanently resolve it. Once more details become available, we will let you know.
