Share with us why you decided to enter the mental health field? What motivates you to continue in this field?

I started with Northwood Children's Services three years ago as a counselor for the youngest residential boys. I loved my job, not saying there weren't stressful days, because there was. I moved to the Accounts REceivable department here when my family needed me more. I could not keep doing the shift work. So I took over the AR department and I still get to see the kids everyday.
