How have you utilized Procentive's training materials and conversion tools in preparation for the ICD-10/DSM 5 transition?

Yes. We use the Conversion Tool and it is been highly affirming to see the green check marks!

We let each licensed staff convert their own clients and it went very well staff were pretty happy with how easy the tool was to use

We are using the Conversion Tool for the ICD 10 codes. Question...will this Conversion Tool continue to be available for use after Oct. 1, 2015 in Procentive?
