We are getting UHC rejections on telehealth claims, ie 90837 GT with POS 10 - is UHC no longer requiring the GT

We had this issue a little while ago with Optum too and according to their manuals they no longer require the telehealth modifiers on claims but they will still process the claims with them on it.  However, your clearinghouse reports will look like they are rejecting but what we found is that they still do eventually go through for processing.
