KNOWN ISSUE: Problem with DX codes in Group Time

We have discovered a problem with the way Procentive is assigning diagnoses codes to group service lines. The system appears to be assigning DX codes incorrectly. We are still investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will post an update here as soon as the issue is resolved.

UPDATE: We now know that this issue was introduced into the system at 12:15 p.m. yesterday (Thursday, September 8th). And it was resolved by 5:10 p.m. There may be some steps that billers need to take to fully resolve this issue, but we are looking into this more right now. Once we have a definitive answer, we will update this post with the details.
