Wondering if there are other Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facilities in Minnesota using Procentive??

Our team is exploring how to improve the quality of their forms for encounter notes & case notes.  Wondering what forms others are using in their database for these purposes.

Have you received any responses on this? We are having trouble billing some payers for our IRTS services. Can't get them to go through Procentive without rejecting.
