Yes, you are allowed to bill all three CPT codes on the same day. I work with a clinician, LP, who does Psych Testing as his specialty. We do not encounter any billing snafus.

It is the same for commercial and DHS/MA/PMAP plans. When in doubt call the plans for verification.
