Hello
Can anyone tell me if you can bill a 90791 on the same date as a 96130, 96131, 36, 37?

Laura,
Yes, you are allowed to bill all three CPT codes on the same day. I work with a clinician, LP, who does Psych Testing as his specialty. We do not encounter any billing snafus.

Hi Laura,
It is the same for commercial and DHS/MA/PMAP plans. When in doubt call the plans for verification.
