We are currently getting error messages when trying to navigate the client module, and when saving or opening appointments, etc. Anyone else seeing this? Many staff are reporting it here.
I just jumped around in Client Module and not seeing any issues at this point.
Thanks for checking Jana. It appears to be a very short lived problem. I stopped getting reports of this now.
They are back. Sporadic, but i get a message from a different staff member a couple times an hour with long s-code errors.
Still having trouble with occasional errors. It must just be on our database if no one else is seeing them. I have been sending error messages and details to Procentive as them come in. I'm hoping this can be resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
