Is anyone else experiencing delayed payments for institutional claims with Blue Plus and Ucare?
Last week we didn't even receive our Wednesday payments. I also found that if you go to their website that if you put in hte payment date of 12/31/9999 that they have tons of claims that never made it a remit. I had to send them a whole list of them because they said they couldnt bring claims up with that date of service. So if anyone is missing payments you may want to try that also, it could have gotten hung up there.

Did you go to Availity or what website did you go to and where did you get this info?
Only institutional claims, right?
If you log onto your provider account with Ucare and go to the tab that says Provider Inquiries and from that drop down and pick Claim information go to the bottom of the page where it says Check Information in the Paid from Date put 12/31/9999 to Paid to Date 12/31/9999
