Has anyone ever billed for the diagnosis F64.0? Have you had luck with revieving payment from MA or PMAPS for residential biling

Just ran a quick report.  We've billed/pd successfully:

F64.0 for one client under 90837, 90847, H0032, H2015, H2014 to CCS

Three clients F64.1 to MA, BP, and MMSI with codes 90837, 90834, 90791 

One client F64.8 to UCare with code 90837

Two clients F64.2 to IMCare and PW with codes H2014, 90837, and H0002 HA
