Is anyone else currently receiving this error on the ERA Module? "Procentive Has Encountered an Error "

Thank you for informing us about your issues, our engineer team has identified that this was due to a session issue. Please have all of your staff log off, and then back on to Procentive. If you have further issues or questions, please send in a ticket to Procentive.

We keep getting errors in the Client Module. We have had to log out and back in a few times.

Not specifically on the ERA module but I've been experiencing freezing all morning. I have to log out and back in to get it to do anything. Another person at our facility was unable to pull up a specific client in the client module until she exited and logged back in, as well.

We are experiencing intermediate "behavior" issues with Procentive. It's global in our community. It's impacting other areas in Procentive, IE: Not saving work for example.

Our clinic as well is experiencing these intermittent issues.  I did submit a ticket however they wanted details on who, what, where, why and because it is happening intermittent we did not save that information, so I assumed it was our issue but seems to be a Procentive issue now.

Yes Kelli F - I agree. Staff has reported to me they are experiencing same issues. I will add a ticket as well for support. 

One of our counselors just reported that she was also having issues last night when she was trying to do documentation

Sent Help Ticket to Pro alerting them these are Global Issues with the Pro community and not an isolated event. 

I am hoping someone from Procentive is reading these posts and alerting the correct department to correct the problem, that way we would not have to all submit tickets, for the same problem?

I alerted Procentive in my ticket that there have been multiple complaints of similar issues on the user community so hopefully they are monitoring this so that everyone does not need to submit tickets.

Hi Paula,

I did sent a help ticket to Pro alerting them many of the Pro Community Users were experiencing similar issues. I have not yet seen a response.
