Is anyone else having problems submitting claims to South Country?

Good Morning Michle,

I called SCHA yesterday and I then called PrimeWest this morning. Long story short, we are to use a new EPI number for billing SCHA claims. Effective 12/1/18 use the new EPI #81600.  SCHA now uses Prime West to process their claims.
