Looking for a report that would show -- Medicare payments, including co-payments, deductibles, and coinsurance from patients and/or Medicare supplemental plans for Medicare-covered services?

Would the 1010 report help you? You would be able to just choose Medicare for a payer and then on the right hand side pick your parameters of co-insurance, deductible etc....

Report 1240 is also slick - you can select a specific payer, group by, and choose  a summary report or all the service line detail.
