last check for client arrivals

I believe this new feature is in response to an issue that has occurred in our office (and maybe others'), when clients get checked in, the clinician doesn't always receive a notification popup. Procentive enacted the "Last check for client arrivals" so we can have the clinician take a screenshot showing whether their appointments module is refreshing appropriately or if there is a glitch somewhere preventing the module from refreshing and causing the missed arrival notifications.
